Program Overview: About Our Speakers: Julie Kinkopf
Julie Kinkopf represents employers in all aspects of the employment relationship. She investigates and responds to employee complaints and helps employers reduce the risks of employment related claims. She also represents employers in administrative actions and litigation.
Julie conducts workplace investigations in response to complaints of discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation. She also trains employers and managers on anti-harrasment, employment best practices, effective employer management and legal compliance.In 2019, She received a Delaware Valley HR Consultant of the Year Award given to celebrate the Human Resources industry and recognize professionals who exemplify outstanding achievement within the human resources community.
Catherine Bird
Catherine (Cat) Bird is the Chief Administration and Diversity Officer at Health Partners Plans (HPP), where she leads the People and Culture organization which creates strategy for human resources, learning development, marketing and communications operations, member experience and DEI, efforts across the company. Cat brings nearly 15 years of experience in leading HR operations, with most of her career spent in health care. Cat is a certified life and transformation coach. She has a passion for empowering people to achieve their greatest potential and has a keen understanding of hte importance of mental health and wellness both personally and professionally. Cat holds a bachelor's degree from West Chester University.
