Bite Sized Lessons, Deep Learning

**This event will be held virtually via Zoom**

Program Overview:

With employee time and attention already stretched thin in the modern organization, finding time for meaningful develop opportunities can be a challenge. Micro-learning combats these challenges with mini, blended learning programs. In this session, we will help you understand how to develop micro-learning programs through micro-learning. Be prepared for bite sized lessons with deep learning. Learning objectives include: (1) Describe micro-learning and the benefits of this technique for deeper learning. (2) Explain how to move from traditional training to a micro-learning model. (3) Understand how micro-learning and technology can be used to build awareness and/or enhance performance. (4) Improve transfer-of-knowledge in current training programs.
