About the speaker:
Tony Moore
Tony Moore is an experienced Diversity & Inclusion professional with 20+ years of experience. Tony's focus in diversity process implementation and program management for the firm's diversity clients. In addition, developing many new and dynamic strategy and training programs.
Tony has worked on a wide variety of high profile organizational diversity issues related to discrimination, sexual harassment, college and university Greek organizations and senior management policy strategies. His work with several news related diversity issues has been noted for his and the firm's ability to build consensus and strategies that are transformative. He has also developed and implemented diversity programs and training in firms such as Glaxo SmithKline, Independence Blue Cross, Lincoln Financial Group, National Constitutional Center, Sun Life Financial, The University of Pennsylvania, Duke University and Penn State University.
Tony holds his Bachelor's degree from Temple University and his Executive Fellowship from University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Executive Fellow Program.
